PRE-DESIGNED PLANS

Our company has pre-designed and engineered a series of ADUs in a variety of sizes, floor plan configurations and architectural styles that we build for homeowners for a fixed price and a guaranteed schedule. We offer several elevational styles for each plan type that customers can choose from to match the architectural style of their existing home.

ALL INCLUSIVE PRICING

Our homes range in size from 350 sq.ft. for a garage conversion studio to 1,200 sq.ft for a three-bedroom home. Our quoted pricing will include all design, plan check and permit related fees, site work and home construction costs. Prices start as low as $65,000 for a stylish contemporary garage conversion.

SIMPLIFIED PROCESS

Our business model greatly simplifies the entire design, construction and decision-making process for homeowners who will know the exact design, cost, and construction schedule of their new ADU Home from the start. We are truly a one stop shop for anyone interested in having an ADU built on their property. In some cases, we can even provide financing for the construction of the ADU.

TIME SAVINGS

Our design and construction approach significantly reduces the total time for a homeowner to have an ADU built on their property. From the start of engaging us to a completed ADU, our typical timeframe is approximately 9 months compared to 15 months or more for the traditional approach of a homeowner researching and hiring an architect, working with the architect to design the ADU, processing the building permits, researching and hiring a contractor and then actually building the ADU. In the case of a garage conversion, the time could be as short as 12 weeks.

SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY

All of our homes include smart home technology designed and built into the home. Our base package includes a smart speaker that serves as the home's smart hub, a smart thermostat, and smart plugs to control outlets and lighting via a smart phone. For an additional cost, we also offer upgraded packages that feature enhanced wi-fi, security, lighting, and monitoring options. All of the products included in our packages have been selected based on their tested performance and consumer ratings as well as their ability to communicate and work seamlessly together.

Our clients have the benefit of our using our industry leading third-party mobile app that serves as their project dashboard and allows them to monitor the status of their ADU project from design to construction as well as efficiently communicate with their ADU Home team throughout the entire process.

SMART HOME TECHNOLOGY

All of our homes include smart home technology (SHT) designed and built into the home. Our base SHT package includes an Amazon Echo smart speaker that serves as the homes smart hub, a Ring video door bell and security camera system, a Nest smart thermostat, smart plugs to control outlets and lighting via a smart phone, and xxx wi-fi mesh system that ensures optimal wi-fi connectivity throughout the ADU and connection to the primary home if desired. For an additional cost, we also offer upgraded SHT packages that feature enhanced security, lighting, and monitoring options. The products included in our SHT packages have all been selected based on their tested performance and consumer ratings and their ability to communicate and work seamlessly together.
